This was our first cruise with Disney and we had reserved at category 3 one-bedroom suite for the 4-day trip. We arrived at the terminal at about 11:15 in the morning, went through security and stepped up to the concierge check-in counter. Within just a few minutes, we had our Key to the World cards (stateroom key and charge card) and were then escorted from the check-in counter by the hostess directly to the ship's entry door and had our family immediately boarded after we were announced by the cast member. The entire check-in process took less than 20 minutes. The concierge service for check-in definitely won kudos with us.

Just after boarding, we went to a brief concierge meeting where the staff gave us information about the cruise and a pager for the youth activities system. We probably only spent about 15 minutes in this meeting but it made things very easy for us. Having the kids program information early made it easy to get the kids (12 and 8) quickly involved in their activities.

When we entered our stateroom, we were very happy with our choice to reserve the suite. The room was very impressive with nice furnishings and dEcor. The bathroom in the bedroom area was very large with a whirlpool tub and very large closet. Storage in the room was very abundant and well organized. The concierge staff was very helpful and did well at handling any requests we had during our trip. They were also very generous with the little treat trays. At least once a day there were some sort of goodies left for us that were always good.
