This was our second Princess Cruise; the first an Alaska cruisetour 8 years ago. We are frequent users of Crystal, Oceania and Celebrity. We've also cruised on Royal Caribbean often in the Caribbean. Since we live in Florida this is an easy choice.

This Princess cruise was the worst we've ever done. The staff were terrific, but it went down from there.

Our group of 6 had booked late dining in the main dining room. The first night the waiter and asst were so overburdened by a table of 12 it took forever to get our food. We missed the show. And, the food was dreadful. Read more
