Serenade of the Seas: Liked the ship, really liked my cabin, thought the service was good (with a few exceptions) and had a nice time.
Boarding: I'm on crutches and this is one of the few situations where the service was lacking. I called ahead for wheelchair assist and they didn't seem to notice that in the booking, or that I was hobbling around on long sticks, so we asked for a wheelchair and they brought out a broken one and then walked away. There were 4-5 people at the accessible desk, just a few feet from me who offered no help, they didn't even stop leaning on the counter to look like they cared. We asked what to do and they told my husband he could push it. It was unimpressive. I got up, went to the next checkpoint where you get your photo for your seapass, expressed my frustration to the guard there and he fixed it.
Disembarkations: We did the wheelchair assist again. Very easy, just wait in the assigned lounge, they take you in the order you came in, and it makes life easier if you need the help. All went smoothly.
