Last year we went on the Miracle, so I am comparing this cruise with an absolutely perfect vacation.....

Embarkation was a breeze, we got there about noon as we had to check out of our hotel at 11am. We were only in line for about a half hour. We got right on the ship. We ate at the buffet, some good food and some not so good. We walked around. The ship is the exact layout of the Miracle so we got around very well. Some areas of the ship were immaculate and others were a little dingy. At 1:30 we were allowed to go to our rooms. I was expecting something a little better as we had a category 9A this year room 8237. The twin beds were put together but one was a little higher than the other so you couldn't cuddle The comforter was not puffy like it should have been, very flat. The door on one of the closets was broken and wouldn't close all the way. One of the shelves in the closet was broken and couldn't be used. The sink drain wouldn't stay up so we just took it out. The robes were not the nice fluffy ones we had on the Miracle.

Formal night is a joke! Everyone pours into Follies and you wait and wait to get nasty drinks and cold food. The entertainment is .... not entertaining.
