Okay, where do I begin. My husband and I just returned from our 10 night caribbean cruise on the NCL Dawn and what a HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DISAPPOINTMENT. Definitely not worth the money or our time and NCL should really take a look at their staff and their ship.

We should have known what the experience was going to be like the minute we arrived at the NYC port. We arranged for a wheel chair 3 months prior to the cruise for my husband (who had a hip replacement and has difficulty standing for long periods of time) and followed up every month up to the day of the cruise that one would be available. When we arrived at the port the crew was extremely rude, unhelpful and no one wanted to take responsibility for anything. We wound up making it all the way to customs before obtaining the wheel chair and the only reason we received one was because I happened to spot an NCL crew member with an empty chair and flagged him over. He at least was friendly and helpful and deserved a cash tip for his efforts.

I can not complain about the days at sea or the ports we visited because we knew that before hand and can not hold the ship responsible for not doing our home work before we booked our cruise.
