Background: A long awaited vacation for Charles & me. This is our first cruise review; hopefully we will cover the points suggested from the template.

Arrival in MIA: We were met by the RCI representative and directed to the area where the van would transport us to the hotel.

Hotel: Wyndham Grand Bay hotel Coconut Grove. One day prior. Good thing since we avoided the Airline delays due to inclement weather in the Mid-West Dec 1st. Please make sure to request your welcome letter at hotel registration so that you will know when and where to await transport to the pier. Our check in agent did not offer the information to us. We later found out when Chuck went to get our information, the agent didn't offer because she didn't know.
