CARNIVAL DESTINY IS LIKE NO OTHER CRUISE I HAVE BEEN ON! Think carefully before booking this ship.

We flew on Delta from Huntsville, Alabama, to San Juan. Flights were OK but service was marginal. We arrived on Saturday and promptly went to the hotel to get some food and rest. We booked the hotel and car independent of Carnival.

On Sunday we made it back to the airport and got one of the White Vans and headed to the cruise terminal. The taxi was $23.50 including the fee for the bags but not tip. The ride was OK but fast. We got the bags unloaded and paid more tip money to get them to them into the system. Read more
