I booked through my usual Disney TA. This is our 2nd cruise and the 2nd time on the Magic. Yes, we loved our first cruise so much in June that I did a last minute booking to celebrate my birthday just a few months later (October). We flew in the night before our cruise and stayed at the Hyatt MCO. I've stayed there once before and was pleased with the accommodations. I booked a one way rental through Hertz to go to Port Canaveral. I had no problems with the Hertz shuttle. We had a suite so I didn't stress about getting there early. I wasn't able to book our Palo reservations online since I booked so late so I had planned on doing that once I got onboard.

Embarkation: We arrived at 11:40 a.m. and checked in (filled out the paper work at home to speed up check-in). A few minutes after arriving we were boarding. Concierge took care of all of our bookings and special dining requests which were honored.

Food: It was still tasty to us! So many people say to skip Parrot Cay, but we found this to be one of our favorites. We really enjoyed the dishes they offered for that night. Palo was excellent as always. Sadly, our favorite server had just left to go on vacation. Brunch and dinner were both good. I actually booked afternoon tea and enjoyed it. We got hooked on Cove Cafe's cappuccinos.
