Enchantment of the Seas - Western Caribbean
I was part of a group of 12 family members, ranging in age from 13 - late seventies. The cruise was the first for all but two, and it was extremely relaxing.

Embarkation was painless and quick, perhaps 15 minutes in total. We arrived at about noon, and practically walked right on the boat.

Our cabins were all outside, about 150 square feet. Without any basis of comparison, they seemed perfectly adequate, and well laid out. Our room attendant did a great job, including many towel animals.

The food was very good, and the service in the dining room was outstanding. Even the Windjammer was good, although the quality was more variable.

We all enjoyed Cozumel and Belize, and all were disappointed with Key West. Perhaps had we booked an excursion it would have been better, but due to the early arrival time, nothing appealed.

The bad elements were as follows: (1) coffee: Even in the dining room it was simply undrinkable. They did have real coffee available at a kiosk at extra charge.

(2) gym: This is small, and unappealing with a poor selection of devices, and little effort to keep them clean.

(3) activities for teens: Aside from an uninspiring minigolf course, 3 table tennis tables, and the climbing wall, there was a lack of amenities compared to bigger, newer ships.

Overall, I would certainly do this again. The ability to do what you like without worrying about the mundane details such as cleaning and cooking made this a true vacation.
