Where do I begin to describe the best cruise I've ever taken?
My mother, who has been on Holland America before, had always wanted me to try this cruise line because she wanted me to experience class. Having experienced class in all its glory, I will never go back to another cruise line!
Our party consisted of me and my husband, both in our 40s, our two children aged 8 and 12, and my 78-year-old mother (who paid for it all)! Mom chose this cruise partly for the Eastern Caribbean itinerary, partly because it left out of New York (where we live), and partly to try a cruise that was longer than one week. We also wanted to travel during Thanksgiving, when the kids would be out of school.
