We were very disappointed. The ship was well overdue for an upgrade and the entertainment was not a standard you'd expect from the Princess Line - or so I'm told. We've travelled on P&O and were told the Princess Line was more up market. This was not so. Everything about the Sea Princess was old, we were delayed in port because they had to repair and test a tender and then took hours to get it back on board. Sitting on the sofas in the Wheelhouse was a challenge. You could feel the timber frame not padding!

The ocean view stateroom was very cramped. You could not walk around the bed. In fact the only way to get into bed was to crawl on it.  Only one plastic chair was available. 2 would be preferred but I don't know where the second would fit

The entertainment was poor. Shows were cancelled. Very few entertainers or shows were worth seeing. It was stuck in the pre 60's. Such a shame seeing their has been a lot of good music from the 70's to today that is loved by all ages. You probably get better entertainment at the local club on a Saturday Night.
