We booked this cruise purely for the ports as it sailed to all the places we wanted to see and had no days at sea. It was our first family cruise and we went expecting the worst after reading previous reviews.

We were pleasantly surprised. The ship is kept spotlessly clean and our cabin was bigger than we thought it would be. The ship was very quiet and you could never tell whether you were sailing or in port as it never seemed to move.

We booked the drinks package and saved a fortune. We worked out that we would probably have spent double + 15% service charge if we had paid individually for drinks. Our kids loved the idea of going to the bar and ordering their own kids cocktails and showing their cruise card.
