Never again

Sail Date: October 2013
Destination: Transatlantic
Embarkation: Barcelona

Having travelled on most cruise lines we find that this cruise was the most dissapointing. The embarkation was a joke. After standing in a queue for a long time because we had not got a printed esta (which we were informed we did not need) we had to wait in another queue to get one printed. Then go to the original queue and stand again.

The cabins were awful with a hand basin in the room (it did not have a seperate bathroom)

The entertainment was the worst we have ever had on any cruise line. We were told they were accomodating the Americans even the music quiz was american.

The Libriary was non existant I have more books at home. A staff member informed us there was 'no money in books'

The service in the dining room was dreadful we had to wait ages for a meal (then they got it all mixed up).

Asked for spaghetti carbonara and recieved a bowl of plain spaghetti without any sauce or meat.

Disembarkation was also a joke self- help More people queueing one way and those with scheduled disembarkation tickets queueing the other way,. We had to sit in a coach for nearly 2 hours until disembarkation was completed.

We are travelling on NCL Spirit on 29th November 2013 I hope we have a better experience than we have had on the Epic. Less
