Just got back from an awesome week long cruise aboard the Grandeur of the Seas from Baltimore to Bermuda. We had unbelievably good service in the main dining from our waiter, Rajkumar B. and our assistant waiter, Daniel M, truly top notch in any environment! Food was excellent, the kitchen staff delivered in all locations: main dining room, Windjammer Café, with the most energentic and friendly host Roberto, with his never-ending wishes of "good morning".

Ricky and his team led a great cruise inspite of the 20-25 foot seas on the second day out toward Bermuda and on and off rain and heavy wind 6 out of the 8 days. Excellent entertainment: Pete Matthews, juggler, Bobby Brooks Wilson, and another comedian whose name I cannot remember, plus the singers, dancers and aerialists, all were incredible.

The Adventure Ocean staff was great and provided such a great time our 7 and 9 year olds were asking to go to the kids area at almost every chance.

Cabin Review

An inside cabin on deck 8 was plenty roomy for the four of us. The towel animals kept the kids laughing and entertained. Our stateroom attendant was always on the floor and ready to do what was needed including providing remedy suggestions for our sons sea sickness.
