Left on November 12 for the Eastern Caribbean. Embarkation was a long process for us being platinum members. It took approximately 1 hour. Lines were very long. This was our 2nd time on this ship, so we knew our way around. The ship is lovely. The food was all very good. We were disappointed in the new terminal at St. Thomas. It was very disorganized for anyone traveling on an excursion or going to town. Hopefully Princess will correct this. Steve Morris the comedian was very good and as always Bert Stratton was exceptional. Our real complaint is the service in the dining rooms. Our waiters were wonderful, but so overworked. They had 10 tables at a time and had no time to spend for talking. It was a hurry up job to get your food. We feel that this is a management problem. The waiters were very professional but you could see how hurried they were. Disembarkation was a breeze. We can't wait to cruise again, this time we are going to avoid St. Thomas.
