Cabin was adequate, on the small side. Didn't like the spilt bath, due to the reduced size. Cabin steward was wonderful. Made sure we had all we asked for and relayed our concerns to higher ups. Bending was comfortable. Room service was prompt accurate.
Servers were not attentive, and made dining a nightmare. Could not see any of the shows due to the seating. Theater seats are small. And after several requests no accommodations were made to correct the situation. We made our issues clear, we spoke to several managers. They never solved the problems, I wanted a good dinner, not a fruit basket. The excursions were great. Did the Cayman Island tour and the Myan Ruins. I'm so sad to write this type of review, but I've been on many other cruise lines and never been this disappointed by the service or the quality of the food.
