Sail Date: Oct 2013

The ship tired and tatty. Food in Bistro lukewarm. The waiter service in both restaurants dire. Never before have I experienced plates being snatched away before people have finished. Please train your staff not to do this and also not to actually start clearing before everyone on the table has finished. This leaves the last person eating feeling very uncomfortable.

The last stop to Stockholm cancelled due to the Kiel Canal being closed. Nobody to blame but the whole episode dealt with very badly. We were offered a discount if we booked another cruise. What a cynical marketing ploy!

Then spent four days at sea which included a force ten gale. We were warned of adverse weather conditions and then heard nothing until the next day. Some reassurance would have been courteous.
