We just finished our transatlantic cruise on the Epic. This is a very mismanaged ship. The Cabin stewards and stewardesses were the only ones trained on how to do their jobs. Dinner in the Manhattan and the Taste, which are the only complimentary dinning rooms, was very disorganized. The only positive about this is if you came to dinner later in the evening, you were given free Champagne for having to wait 15 minutes for a table. Most nights we did not get dessert because we had a 7:00pm show to attend. The Manhattan was open at 5:00pm and they could not turn a table by 6:30pm!!! The waiters had no idea how to serve on a cruise ship. Many workers and many advisors on their phones in the dining room....but no service!
Graffiti was a wonderful musical event. Unfortunately, they were not given the Epic Theater. we were crowded into a smaller venue where you could not see them on the small stage. Whoever is doing the scheduling for the entertainment and the venues in which they perform, should be fired. The 3 dancers that are used for the Legends, border on pornography and prostitution. If the definition of prostitution is getting money by performing sexual movement and wearing barely anything, than Norwegian should be ashamed on themselves for putting girls in that situation.
The "Magic show" was anything but magic. It was very pathetic. The Second Chance Improv had a Second Chance with us, but were still a big disappointment.
A huge jumbo-tron in the back of the ship was only used a few times.
The Epic was a huge ship that was a huge disappointment.
