This was our third trip with Oceania (first on Nautica, second on Marina) and we again enjoyed the high quality of service delivered by this cruise line. Spoilt for choice with fine food options but our favourite is always the Grand Dining Room. The staff is exceptional for its level of service and its friendliness. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Except for Cornerbrook, whose real attraction is the National Park which is not possible in the time the ship is in port, the destinations were great and the weather was kind. Quebec & Prince Edward Island were favourites and we really enjoyed a schooner ride in Newport. The ship tours are very expensive but with a bit of research it was easy to organise private providers all of whom offered good service. We missed Acadia National Park (Bar Harbor) because of the government shutdown but Ollie's Trolleys offered a good, scenic alternative with several stops for photographs. While the Autumn leaves were not in full colour, there was enough colour to be very pretty.

The cabins on Regatta are not large but are well proportioned, comfortable and have lots of storage space. Wonderful bed. Bathrooms are cosy (unlike the Marina). Not much wriggling space in the shower but water pressure is good and there is always ample hot water.
