Ship Facts: Carnival Breeze Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Carnival Breeze Deck Plans
Grand Turk & Blue Hole highlights of trip

The Carnival Breeze is a beautiful ship! Everything was so clean and everyone was friendly. The entertainment on board by the dancer/singers was pretty bad but the comedians, musicians, jugglers were great. We had 27 people from age 15mos. to 83 years and all had a great time. The Indian food and Taco/Burrito food areas were wonderful. We are Vegetarians and we had many choices. The 2.0 updates were obvious on this ship. It is nice to see that there is less waste with food. No late night buffets and no bringing extra food to the dinner table for no reason.

This was our Paltinum cruise and the added benefits were very nice: no lines for embarkation, welcome package, gift, special pin, chocolate goodies.

We tried the walkway view cabin and loved it - a nice view and a long couch - for the price of an indoor room!

The service was great. We didn't really get to know our steward as we have in past cruises but our dining staff were amazing.

Grad Turk was the most beautiful beach and water I have ever seen - especially if you went beyond the immediate area. Do NOT take an excursion here - there are plenty of beach chairs, pools with swim upbars, shops, and Margaritaville to satisfy any need. Some historical areas right there as well. The only downside - we had to be back on the boat at 1:30 pm. I did not want to leave!

Ocho Rios was a blast. We took the Peat Taylor tour to the Blue Hole and to eat at the Jerk Central (this was the restaurant that was featured in Guy Fiedis Carnival Breeze Trip). Our driver Paul, guide Carey and the Blue Hole employees (especially Mike, Julian, and Omar) were the best!!! You can't believe how helpful they are and strong. They make you feel very safe and are with you every step of the way. They put on an amazing show as well. This experience was only $35 each. However, you will want to tip well after you see how much they help you ans the extra show that you receive! The food was very good too.

Nassau was Nassau and we just did a little shopping, one back alley purse purchase and several local beers at Sharkees - we have never found anything we like better here.

Overalll, the Carniaval Breeze cruise was awesome!
