Sailed from southampton on a gloomy day . Weather stayed poor until Gibraltar. Can't blame ship for that but it wasn't exactly deck weather and there was little entertainment besides. Three of us in cabin, two pensioners and a fit fifty year old who unfortunately slipped on bunk ladder and badly hurt back on first night. Unable to accesss this bunk by three of us. Appealed to customer services. They came to look made a lot of sympathetic noises, but effectively did nothing. No bedding for settee supplid that night so had to take sheets off other two beds. Final solution, my friendslept on a folded duvet on the floor for rest of trip. Not very satisfactory. We were made to feel like we were "trying it on". Not the case as we have travelled quite happily three in a cabin on other cruises. In fact customer services were quite patronising and bordering on rude when consulted on other matters.

Food quite good and service excellent in dining areas. Entertainment variable. Mike Doyle and production shows excellent. Other entertainment pure Butkins especilly shows on Promenade......rubbish and wuth minimum effort by cruise director. Not enough seating in bar areas......should have utilised space where cupcakes ben and jerr's were also paid dining......these appeared very little used.....just a tack for more money. Whole experience so tawdry compared to Princess Cruises. Never again.
