We just finished an amazing cruise on the Celebrity Reflection. We are not new to cruising & are elite status with Celebrity but this cruise surpassed any previous experiences we have had.
This was the first time we experienced Concierge Class & our cabin number was 9364. We were fortunate to have Michelle & her assistant Lito as our stateroom attendants. Never have we enjoyed this above level of care that was provided by this exceptional team. Celebrity should be proud of these outstanding employees.
The staff throughout the ship was friendly & helpful.
Cabin Review
Our superb cabin attendants were Michelle & her assistant Lito. We ranked them above excellent because any needs were anticipated. The fresh fruit & flowers in our room were always fresh. My husband & I commented that we seldom even needed our room card because the attendants were always around even opening the door if they saw us coming down the hall to our room . Plenty of towels & toiletries were restocked daily so we never needed to request anything.
