Ship Facts: Celebrity Reflection Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Celebrity Reflection Deck Plans
Our best cruise ever

We just finished an amazing cruise on the Celebrity Reflection. We are not new to cruising & are elite status with Celebrity but this cruise surpassed any previous experiences we have had.

This was the first time we experienced Concierge Class & our cabin number was 9364. We were fortunate to have Michelle & her assistant Lito as our stateroom attendants. Never have we enjoyed this above level of care that was provided by this exceptional team. Celebrity should be proud of these outstanding employees.

The staff throughout the ship was friendly & helpful.

There are always comments about food quality in the MDR but I feel that the selections were good , service was good & at Select Dining Melvyn & Eddie made the experience even better! Melvyn always offered his recommendations & was right on. I often requested substitutions for sides & was always accommodated. We ate breakfast & some lunches in the Oceanview Café & we were pleased with that. Many lunches we enjoyed on shore in the Italian & Greek ports we visited.

We really did not have much experience with the entertainment on the lovely Celebrity only because we did not have enough time to get to everything. Because of our dining requests we were ofter too late for a show. There is plenty to do on this cruise so I am not sure why there have been complaints. I am convinced that people just do not read the programs provided & delivered nightly to your cabin.

There have been numerous comments about the cost of ship excursions vs private excursions on this site. We only used ship excursions & we were satisfied with the information that was provided by all of the guides. The Ephesus guide & the Pompeii guides were outstanding. We could probably have gotten cheaper tours on our own but we cannot complain about the excursions.

We did have an experience that could have been negative but because of the way it was handled became quite positive. A locked outside pocket on our luggage somehow was torn open during embarkation ripping off the locks & zipper completely but never tearing the fabric . A new zipper was expertly replaced by the onboard ship's upholsterer & delivered to our cabin.

Celebrity has again delivered an outstanding experience!
