We were a little disappointed in the food in the Britannia dining room. Presentation of the food was good each night, however the taste and quality was very inconsistent. We had much better consistency on a NCL & Holland America cruise. Set menus and the servers rush you to order and pushed you out for the next sitting. We had fabulous table mates and did not enjoy being rushed and pushed out the door. Each couple purchased 4 bottles of wine over 8 dinners ( lasted 2 nights each time) and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast in the dining room was not very good , their eggs Benedict was atrocious and the french toast terrible. After the 1st 2 mornings we ate breakfast in the Kings Court.

Internet is terrible. It is criminal that they charge you. The staff just kept saying Satellite service is not like your home cable....we had just come from Africa and often used Satellite connection for internet access. So this was a poor excuse....75 cents a minute & it often took 15 to 20 minutes just to connect to a gmail account...everyone on board was having the same issue. Internet staff was very rude. I was using a new Apple Mac book air.....

Cabin Stewards were fabulous as were most of the staff. Fitness room was excellent and we took every advantage to use the new/modern equipment and the staff were very good. Overall it was a pleasant cruise but the inconsistency with the dinners kept us guessing as we ordered our meals.

Cabin Review

Cabin was very pleasant and the temperature controls were wonderful. Staff & service was fantastic.
