Embarkation & disembarkation were both very smooth

Food excellent-dining room waiting staff - Okie & Nazer & sommelier - Jennifer were all exceptional professionals at their jobs.
Our party consisted of four people, two of whom had premium beverage package and the other two had the classic beverage package. Over the first three days at various bars outside of the Opus Dining Room we asked for and failed to acquire a comprehensive wine list. The staff showed no interest in helping us obtain a wine list. This left us having no idea what products fell within the scope of our respective packages. On the fourth night we asked to speak to a beverages manager as we felt that this person would be the most appropriate person to help us. The Guest Relations desk personnel directed us to Joseph, Assistant Beverages Manager. We put our case to him. He informed us that every bar should have copies of the wine list. He said he would investigate and report back to us within 24 hours. 24 hours later we were still failing to get a wine list at various bars. We passed/met Joseph on two occasions in the public areas. On both occasions he chose to ignore us, something that we have not experienced from any other staff member on this cruise. He failed to take any written or verbal action to report back to us for the duration of the cruise. To say we are disappointed by this officer's lack of response to reassure us is obvious.
We also feel that Celebrity have not adequately clarified what exactly the guest is buying - we may request white wine but as we all know there are price variations and these are not clear on the beverage packages.
