My husband two daughter and son-in-law booked this cruise for my 50th birthday and it was wonderful We have never been to the east coast before and it was a wonderful vacation. We flew into Boston the day before our cruise. Boston was a great city to just walk around to tour. We booked several excursion all from the boat and was pleased. All the port were very easy to walk around and site see if you would not have had a tour booked. The most exciting excursion was Bay of Fundy Whale and Wildlife Cruise. The guide on the boat was a marine biologist and very knowledgeable and friendly. We seen several finback whales and was able to set and watch them for about 1 hour it was amazing how huge they were and how close they would come to the boat. We also seen minke whales, bald eagles, grey seals, harbor seal, porpoise, birds and a light house.

We ate breakfast in the windjammer and liked all the food and variety. We had dinner in the main dinner room every night and our waiter Lionel and assistant waiter Anthony were great, after the first night they called us by name and new what we liked to drink and would get it for us without asking. We thought all our meals were very good and Lionel was very helpful in describing item on the menu that we weren't sure what they were. We never had a hard time finding food when we were hungry.

The shows on they ships were nice. There was one night that one of the shows was cancelled and they had to do a quick replace. The RC singers and dancers put on a variety show and it was really good and on our last night we got to see the regular schedule show and it was nice also. There was a nice variety of entertainment in the different bars and lounges every evening. Our days at sea was filled playing ping pong, mini golf, scrapbooking, making jewelry, playing trivia, relaxing in the hot tubs, shopping and dancing the night away. No of us every seemed to have a problem finding something to due.

Cabin Review

There was three in our room. It has a nice layout and plenty of storage space.
