While not the newest and biggest ship, the Sun had most of the amenities you'd except from the larger ships.

Many dining options with no lines at any of them. The Teppanyaki availability was hard to come by, so make your reservations early. The food ranged from pretty good in the main dining rooms to fantastic in the premium restaurants.

Service was attentive and friendly. The crew did a great job at every level.

The stateroom was adequate in size, but could have used more storage. The soap and shampoo are below par, so bring your own. The room was in clean, in good condition and up-to-date in decor.

The ports-of-call were very good with Cartegna, Curacao, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Aruba. I must say the Curacao was a good surprise. Shore excursions were generally uninteresting to our party. Nothing stood out as a must-do. Less
