Sail Date: Sep 2013

Although our cruise was shortened due to a mechanical issue, our time on the Royal Princess was incredible. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were personable, entertaining, knowledgable and had a complete understanding of what "customer service" is, and how service can make or break a persons vacation.

Food

We made it our mission not to over- eat as it is easy to do on cruise ships. We ate a healthy breakfast, light lunch and a late dinner. The food made available in the dining rooms was excellent. There was something for everyone, and our waiters always steered us away from items they felt were not the best. The food quality is amazing particularly when they are preparing over 20,000 meals a day.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was large in comparison to our friends that also had mini suites. We had a separate sitting area to bedroom. Our deck was huge, over 250 sq feet. It was windy as we sailed, as we were on the front of the ship but a great place to invite friends for a before dinner cocktail, or a quiet spot I the afternoon.
