Ship Facts: Freedom of the Seas Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Freedom of the Seas Deck Plans
Freedom of the Seas

Freedom of the Seas ship was in itself great. Clean and never felt crowded. Tyrone, our dining room attendant, was awesome. He was funny and did tricks for our teens. They loved him. If you have teens, you know how hard it is to impress them. The other waiters helping him were outstanding as well. Our room attendant Jimmy was the best. He was always very polite. He kept our room up wonderfully. He deserves a pat on the back for the long hours he works and at the same time providing great customer service! Never once did our room not get serviced.

The only complaint would be the teen events. Several things were listed for each day and the kids were excited but when most of the things didn't happen, it was very disappointing. If you say your playing dodgeball, then play dodgeball. Having a couple of dances isn't entertainment....it's an easy lazy way to entertain. Keeping the kids, and especially teens, happy makes for a happy trip for parents. Staying in such close quarters on top of having kids be extremely bored and disappointed was frustrating. It's there vacation too and their opinions for future trips is valued. So RC you need to figure out that happy teens make for happy parents which in turn makes for return cruises with your company.

If you don't have teenagers, then this cruise overall was the tops. Everything was run smoothly. The shows were enjoyable and Richard was terrific!
