Customer Service was pretty dissappointing
Destination: Southern Caribbean
The dining room was also a big disappointment! The first night was ok, but the second night, "formal night" the service was the worst service we have ever had. It took forever to get our order taken, when we got our food the brought it and never came back, not to check how everything was(which I was very unhappy with the prime rib but couldn't let anyone know, and my husband would have liked to have more lobster, but again, they never came back, they left our dirty plates in front of us and went off to do their stand on the stairs thing while the Maitre' de gave a speech.
I went to customer care on the fourth day and told them of all our our problems and they were great they made every effort to correct all problems. They were very wonderful, they had the housekeeping manager visit us and they Maitre' de sat and spoke with us as well. But all in all we never really came across one of the service people who are usually so colorful and friendly and that make your trip special! Food quality also seems to be getting worse, although the Blue Iguana and Guy's burgers were very good! Less
