We were on this cruise for our Christmas. I am Happy to say - I did not have to cook, clean , serve or be anything this holidays. NCL took care of it all. Only issue I had was that since it was a free style, no reserving of the dinner table and there was a wait. However we were given the beeper and free champagne. Food was awesome. I would avoid Venetian Main Dining Room - apparently the kitchen is situated in such a way it takes a long time for the food to be served.

Having travelled on Princess ; Royal Caribbean and NC, I think I like to stick to NCL being budget and service conscience. I will be on Jewel in 37 days and Gem in summer. Rooms were well kept. Crew was pleasant and seems to be happy. They stopped serving moisturizers and chocolate on the pillow till you reach a certain tier. However when I asked for moisturizers, she happily gave me couple of tubes. I hope I love it more on the next trip. Ship was SO beautifully decorated. Had very talented singers singing carol WONDERFUL!
