There was only one day at sea on the 11 night Adriatic cruise, Venice to Rome. Ports of call after the 2 days the ship was in Venice were: Koper (Slovenia), Ravenna (Italy), Split and Dubrovnik (Croatia), Kotor (Montenegro), Valleta (Malta), Catania (Sicily), Naples and Rome (Italy). We planned our own excursions, most being exploring the towns/cities visited. Overall the cruise was excellent, with the ship, crew and food being outstanding. We were in an Aqua class 2 cabin foremost on the starboad side of deck 11, which a very quiet location next to the Aqua Spa relaxation lounge. There are plenty of areas on the Silhouette where you can escape the crowds. The entertainment was good, particularly the American comedian. Arrangements at the ports of call overall were good, however, the ship now docks at Porto Corsini for Ravenna, which is some 8 miles away. It is, however, next to an excellent beach. So far we have not come across a better cruise company than Celebrity, and to be honest we'll be surprised if we find one for the price paid.
A very quiet cabin foremost on the starboard side of deck 11. The cabin was well equiped with a reasonably sized toilet/shower room. The room was kept to a very high standard by the staff.
