Ship Facts: Splendour of the Seas Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Splendour of the Seas Deck Plans
Greek Isles & Turkey - Wonderful cruise!

Loved the ship! The crew were all fantastic as usual. Our waiter Francisco went the extra mile every evening.

Wonderful aft balcony cabin. Balcony is the same width as other D1 balconies but about 3x as deep. There was room for a table w/ 2 chairs and 2 full size loungers. Aft cabins are more susceptible to soot but we only had an issue on one morning when we woke to a layer of soot on the floor and furniture. The housekeeping staff cleaned the balcony thoroughly as part of the morning cleanup and we never had any further issues.

The "R Bar" located in the Centrum area of the ship on deck 4 was a great place to hang out as there was entertainment every evening. This bar uses all fresh ingredients for the drinks and you can definitely taste the difference.

Park Cafe (located on deck 9 aft, within the Solarium) is a good alternative to the Windjammer buffet. They offer fresh sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, smoothies, and made to order bagels. We headed there on embarkation day to avoid the crowds in the Windjammer. The freshly carved roast beef sandwich was delish!

This ship is one of the smaller ones in the fleet but I like the cozy feel. You tended to see the same people throughout the week, which was nice. Just the right amount of bars/lounges, outdoor seating, entertainment venues, etc.
