First time with Disney Cruises with our 5 year old granddaughter. My wife was a bit apprehensive about whether she would be homesick or ill. We flew the day before to Barcelona mainly due plane times from the UK not being good for us as they were too early in the morning. Having been to Barcelona a few times I picked a hotel just off the Ramblas so we could have a meal and take in the evening stroll. Grandaughter loved the human statues and was excited by what was going on.

Arrived at the Port the next morning at 11.30 but obviously a popular time as check in was slow and a bit hot in the shed. Got granddaughter booked in to kids club and went on board being announced and clapped in by the staff

After we had lunch on the top deck we went the room. I had booked a Navigators verandah stateroom which was ok but the whole ship was looking tired and was due in October to have a badly needed refit.

Cabin Review

Smallish room but we were well looked after by our Stewardess
