Ship Facts: MSC Preziosa Review (by Cruise Critic!)
Girly cruise

My friend and I have just returned for a seven night cruise on this fantastic ship , the ship is all glitz and glam although casual attire is encouraged , this was my friends first cruise But I have cruised before but it was my fist msc cruise, we encounted a few hiccups at Barcelona airport when the coach was missing and was waiting around for at least an hour while the msc rep kept out of our way and never even spoke to us to let us know what was happening she just walked away and turned her back on us which was very ignorant and unprofessional ,

We finally embarked and the check in processes was slow probably due to there only been four check in staff

We were on the ninth deck and our cabin was lovely balcony was nice too no complaints although my friend was very disappointed there wasn't tea/ coffee making facilities in the cabin

The buffet restaurant was fine plenty to choose from ......burgers , hotdogs , chips , pizza , pasta pasta pasta ...lovely fresh fruit , there is always something to satisfy your hunger :)))

The dining restaurant didn't live up to my expections I thought the food was poor compared to other cruises I have sailed , and we were on second sitting which is at 9.30pm far too late to eat it was half eleven before we had finished eating , we did try to change it but to no avail .

The adult only deck advertised as a haven away from the kids came at a price ......you had to pay and reserve to go up there , I wanted to go on the slide and was told I couldn't get on it till 7pm , why would I want to go down it at that time for ..the wifi is priced at 12 euro for 60 minutes

BUT the biggest reason I will never cruise with them again is the staff ....they would rather Ignore you than serve you they never smile they are ignorant , miserable , rude and un attentive it was as through everything was too much trouble for them you were hard pressed to get a hello ...I have never ever come across such ignorance before ...when I've cruised before the staff make you feel special and you can have a laugh with them that's a big part of your holiday that's why you work hard to pay for it ....to be made to feel special .......not on this ship ....no no no ...and that is the reason I will never use msc again I'm afraid .

I did enjoy relaxing and spending seven days with a special friend :)))).
