The Best and Worst Cruising we ever had all in one Cruise

Sail Date: September 2013
Destination: Panama Canal & Central America
Embarkation: Los Angeles

The Disney Wonder had the BEST Entertainment we have ever experienced on a Cruise. This is the first Disney Cruise we have taken. This was our 22nd Cruise and Holland is our favorite line. The production of shows offered on our Cruise was outstanding. From shows that reminded us of the plays in Los Angeles to the individual entertainers they were the best we have seen out of the Five Cruise lines we had previously sailed on.

The children loved Mickey and all the other princesses that we all have seen at the movies or at Disneyland. It was worth the price of admission if you had children with you to see their faces.

The rooms are outstanding in the layout and the square feet. The largest room we have had in all the cruises we have sailed on.

Now the bad that will keep us from cruising on Disney again. The FOOD was not up to the standard of Holland, Celebrity, or Princess cruise lines. The buffet is half to two thirds the size of the above cruise lines. They More repeat the same items day after day. They had Shrimp with the red sauce 12 of the 14 days in the buffet and the other 2 days they had it for dinner in the dining room. There wasn't a sandwich bar with the normal 4 to 6 different meat selections. They had sandwiches made with everything on them with a choice of Ham or Turkey sitting on ice that made the bottom bun soggy daily. The final thing was in 14 nights there wan no Filet Minion on the menu. ALL other 7 day cruises I have been on offered this meat selection at least one day and some twice.

But when you look at the food at Disneyland you do not have quality dining options there either. Less
