Ship Facts: Norwegian Breakaway Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Norwegian Breakaway Deck Plans
Breakaway to Bermuda

Sailed on the Breakaway with mom 9/8/13 through 9/15/13 in haven penthouse 16716. WE had a most awesome time on a most beautiful ship with a fabulous crew and senior officers.

The shows on the Breakaway were just amazing. The best I had seen on any NCL ship ever.

The Breakaway is an awesome gorgeous ship. Subdued and elegant and amazing. Breakaway felt more like a hotel then a ship which I loved very much.Ship is big but very easy to get around. Never felt crowded at all except in pool area

which I didn't spend anytime at so it didn't matter to us.

Being haven guests we had full use of haven which was awesome. Ryan Rabe our concierge and his assistant Elvina are awesome.

They were always there to assist if needed. Our cabin steward Caroline kept our suite spotless and knew us by name from day one.

Our butler Mark Santos was awesome. We are low maintenance and didn't have many requests for him but he was always there when needed.

The Hotel Director was the most awesome Sean Wurmhoeringer who always makes us feel at home when sailing with him. He is a true hotelier who believes that a happy crew means happy passengers which was so obvious onboard. Everywhere we went we were greeted by smiling happy crew.

Sean's secretary Rashida rocks!! She is awesomeas well as guest service supervisor manuel Japson. Assistant Bar Manager O'neil Pandit is wonderful as well. All the crew rock!! Everyone always smiling and greeting you. What an awesome feeling of love and affection from the team. Norwegian Cruise Line staff crew and senior officers rock.

Plenty hugs were flowing all week long. Was happy to see cruise director Daniel Olsson once again. He is so much fun. We ate at La Cucina, Le Bistro, Cagney's,Moderno and Haven restaurant. We saw Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy in spiegel tent dinner show. It was awesome. So entertaining as well as rock Of Ages and Burn The Floor . We visited the ice bar as well so much fun!! I would definitely recooment the Breakaway. I loved it and so did mom!! NCL rocks!!!! We arrived to bermuda 12 hours late due to storm. Captain Hakun Svedung did great job keeping us away from storm anf in good weather.Ship was so awesome by itself it would not have mattered if we didn't dock if we didn't dock until we arrived back in NYC. This was the best cruise ever. Embarkation port NYC wonderful and quick and easy and debarkation just as easy as well.
