We could not be more positive about this "Circumnavigating the Black Sea" cruise. The only negatives were in the boarding and disembarking processes, not caused by Azamara, but by Turkish port and airport personnel.

Our first time flying Turkish Airlines was very positive--good food, comfortable seats (Economy), and nice service.

Once on board, this proved to be one of the best Azamara cruises we have taken and we have loved each one of six. Some of the ports are not used to tourism (Novorossisk, in particular), but Azamara provided the best excursions possible. Our favorite ports were Batumi, Georgia; Odessa, Ukraine; and Nessebar, Bulgaria. Each was fascinating. We took ship excursions everywhere but Sochi where we hired a private guide to take us to all the Olympic sites.
