Dream Bigger not better

Sail Date: August 2013
Destination: Eastern Caribbean
Embarkation: Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We drove to port Canaveral , parked at Park Canaveral at the Radisson Recommend this highly they are very nice ,on time, very careful with your luggage nice buses and paved and secured parking. if you watch there web site you can get great rate of 5.50 or less per day. We were at the ship in less than 15min. Do you paper work on line.

The Dream is extrememly clean I did not go into a public restroom that was not being cleaned (#10 for the cleaning crew in all areas)

We had a cabin on the upper deck aft with extended balcony, clean roomy but very noisey from the lounge under you look good at the deck plans.

4000 people way way too many for me .Food in dinning room not the same as the smaller boats , cold bland , the lobster at the formal dinner very small and mushy . Ports of call okay but we have been there before . We really just wanted to try the larger ships (been there done that) will stay with ships in the 2500 person range. Port Canaveral is a great More terminal they really have it together!!! spa is over rated want to sell you too much.. Kids were running around without supervision and adults were also some what out of control . Ramon was a great barterder on the aft deck he never seemed flustered

so I give bar staff 10.

Would suggest to carnival for passagers that are celebrating anniverserys that a small token especially for gold members( 4 chocolate covers strawberries. just something simple would be nice.Purchased the drink plan and that was nice so you did not worry about it during the trip

Had a good time but will stay with smaller ships in the future.Seems they are a bit more passage friendly. Just know that bigger is not always better !! Less
