Non Smokers BEWARE!!

Really disappointing cruise. Of course leaving Manhattan and going under the Verranzano Bridge was amazing, but it ended there. Indifferent and rude staff had no desire to make your trip a fun/pleasurable/memorable one. We had 11 in our party and it lacked so much that other cruise lines make as a normal part of their service

I knew we (as non-smokers) were in trouble when on the main deck around the adult pool they were selling cartons of cigarettes. Then, a bunch of 40 somethings, wearing too little and drinking too much with kids screaming for them became the fodder for the next hour as we left NY harbor.

There was absolutely no place to sit as the Breakaway's extra water park, rope climbing, zip line, miniature golf, rock wall just did not factor in that if you put 4,000 people on a boat with no room on the deck you will have nowhere to sit when the sun is out

They have arcade games that are $3 a minute! Are you kidding me! Well at least they get a chance to earn back whatever discounts they gave on the little ones

Main Dining Room (Manhattan Room) was fair, at best. Staff had no patience, even rolled their eyes at one point when a Medium steak was asked to go back because it was so undercooked it was still cold on the end of the steak.

Spa was OK, we spent about $500 on various treatments and hair getting done, front desk person was aloof and unprofessional.

Cagney's Steak House was excellent. Staff at Cagney's was great.

La Cucina was good. Staff was nice

Casino wreaked of smoke and the open concept to other floors let all that smoke waft up to the specialty restaurants. Shopping was weak.

The main buffet was simple, nothing special AT ALL. Staff looked at you like they hated you if you asked for anything special.

Cabin Steward Paul was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Some of the Cabin Stewards as you would walk down your hall almost scowled at you and it was hard for them to even provide a "good morning"

For an awful lot of money spent, it was extremely disappointing.
