We have cruised before and from the moment we stepped on the boat we believed it was a training boat and the staff had not had any customer service experience. We met some amazing staff which we could count on 2 hands and we rewarded them greatly. We waited for them, asked for them, and even followed them and at wherever we needed to sit in the Magenta and Grand Pacific just so we could guarantee better service.
Jonathan in the Magenta, Dheerhaj in Grand Pacific, Christina - Floating waitress on the deck with the pool, and Rolly statesman on 9th floor were amazing. Guest services - not so much.
if you are getting off in Great stirrup bay be the first get a ticket to get on the tender. it took us 3 hours to get off. They had 2 boats for over 3,000 people on the boat and it was disastrous.
Also our room smelled like the sewer and we were offered a bottle of wine and were moved to the room under the laundry room clearly a downgrade but if you have ever wondered More
what it sounds like to dry dining room chairs let me know.
Unfortunately this is our first trip on norwegian back to Royal Carribean we go.
So find the good service on the boat and stick with it. Less
