We took a 7 day Alaskan cruise on the Zuiderdam during July, 2013. There is not one bad thing to say.

Our verandah room offered spectacular views every day. We often saw whales and porpoises. There were no issues of concern with our room. Every morning, we ordered breakfast brought to the room and it was very good and on time. Housekeeping was performed twice a day when we were not in the room.

We were especially pleased with our meal server Pacar and wine server, John, working in the Lido dining room. Those 2 guys were friendly and at the same time very professional. Kudos to them and their team. The food was tasty and a good menu selection. I got addicted to the baked Alaska that was done a little bit different every day. Read more
