This was my 4th cruise with Holland America, second on the beautiful Eurodam! We arrived in in Coopenhagen for the start of our cruise let me first say that our bags were lost no thanks to Delta and KLM! After a trying first day once we got on board the ship and talked to the front desk, Joyce put us at ease immediately saying that they would now take on the task of finding our luggage and not to worry they provided us with complimentary formal wear, for formal nights and also shaving kits so that we could make sure that we looked right for crusing around! Joyce you rock!

The cruise itself was beautiful Oslow, Scotland, Norway, Ireland the Shetland islands were just fantastic the tour guides were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in our questions and providing detailed answers!

The food and entertainment on the Eurodam was top notch just as it has been on all the Holland America ships that I have sailed on! Read more
