My review will be short and sweet... This trip was our 2nd voyage on Freedom. the first was her maiden voyage back in 2007 so we had very very high expectations. Unfortunately 6 years is a long time and the ship to looked old and tired...

Embarkation: VERY slow.. we received an email the day before and told us not to arrive at the terminal until at least 1:30. Well the email went to everyone and at 1:30 about 80% of the ship arrived and mass confusion settled in. it took us about 3 hours to check in and get on-board which most likely was the reason that we left almost 4 hours late

Cabin: Our Balcony was nice.. Our Steward never put Ice In our Ice Bucket, Never vacuumed our carpet or really did a good cleaning job..
