Overall, my wife and I had a nice cruise vacation, would we sail Norwegian again more than likely NOT We are going try Royal Carribbean for our next cruise Nice try Breakaway but if you lower your prices, teach your staff some customer service techniques, get better food on board, stopping cramming passengers on elevators and pools like sardines, and STOP nickel and diming your customers to death you might get repeat customers.Teppanyaki My wife and i both thought this restaurant was horrible, bad service, bad food notso entertaining "show", buffet was aweful not sanitary food was horrible, manhatten room service was very slow took 2 hours to get dinner missed a show because of this, steak was so tough you could knock someone out if you threw it at them.
