CARNIVAL BREEZE BEAUTIFUL FUN FILLED VACATION

Sail Date: June 2013
Destination: Western Caribbean
Embarkation: Miami

We did the 8 day Eastern out of Miami. We had 4 ports. Grand Turks, St Thomas, Tortola and San Juan.

First I'd like to say the ship is beautiful! Food and service were excellent! No complaints there!

Only negative thing is I wish they offered an "Adult Only" area WITH a pool. The serenity deck was beautiful but who wants to sit up there in the heat with no pool? We found the main pool to just be overflowing with children who's parents were on vacation and I guess that meant to them they were on vacation from being a parent. They had no consideration for others that were also on vacation. We learned that the first day. We opted for the rest of the cruise to go to the pool in the back of the ship where it was more adult friendly. Still kids but not as many and much more behaved.

All and all everything was wonderful. Our room was awesome. Beautiful balcony! Loved it!

We dined in the dining room most nights and then maybe 2 of the nights we went to the More buffet. Food was great no matter where we ate. The BBQ place is a must have! Only open sea days. The line gets long but it goes quick and is worth the wait! Guys burgers was also very good! Less

Port and Shore Excursions

Grand Turks - We just got off the ship and went to Magaritaville for the day. It was a lot of fun BUT very expensive! Drinks were ridiculous! Still a fun day!

San Juan - We did our own thing and walked the streets of old San Juan and went to the forts. Very nice and relaxing. It was nice to take it slow for a day at our own pace.
