loved this cruise.

Sail Date: July 2013
Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean
Embarkation: Southampton

Southampton port was well organised and easy.  We boarded at around 11:30am.  The ship was very clean and well kept ,every member of staff you pass says hello and gives you a smile.

Food was fresh and plentiful and also there was lots to choose from everywhere.  We loved the windjammer for all meals and visited the mdr most nights.

Our cabin steward was very friendly and helpful.

We managed to get a sunbed most of the time but they have cracked down on idiots saving beds for hours on end.  30 mins and if they have not returned then its yours end of story.

We witnessed lots of cleaning and especially round the pool areas.

There was tetley tea and English bacon which was very nice.

There was plenty of entertainment around the ship.  And i agree if you haven't got a seat in one of the lounges by 8pm you are pretty much out of luck.

We tended to grab a drink then sit poolside on deck 11.  If we More wasn't going casino.

Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable cruise the children and teens loved all the things to do and clubs.  The only time i felt crowded was on the promenade on formal night with endless queues for photos everywhere.

If i had one complaint it would be the movie screen.  The same 10 songs everyday ,followed by up-to 4 hrs of golf.  The movies were repeated with soul surfer being repeated about 4 times as the afternoon movie.  The afternoon band poolside were very repetitive too.

The ports were good ,shuttles provided (small fee) and you could mostly just get off and do your own thing.

I would definitely cruise on this wonderful ship again.

We felt safe, well looked after, and had a unforgettable time. Less
