This was our second NCL cruise and we found it to be very good, we booked flights with them and this was the only disappointment as you can't check in on line and they paid no attention to a specific request regarding seating. The flight department rectified this when we complained so we were able to pre book our seats for return.

The food was excellent great choice in the buffet, but the two restaurants included in the price were a much better option, more relaxing as they are waiter service. We paid the supplement for three meals in the specialty restaurants and they were really good.

There was lots of options for shore excursions, though the visit to Santorini was very disappointing due to a very poor tour guide who spoke really bad English.

The shows were generally good even though hey weren't all to my taste, not keen on illusionists or jugglers. The production show on the last night was pretty bad and not worth seeing. There was a lot of activities we More attended a few lectures! One on acupuncture from someone claiming to be doctor, their knowledge of medicine was scarily lacking.

The cruise director seemed to work very hard and we were impressed to see him feeding stray cats at the port, however he gave a talk supposedly about his animal welfare work but it was all about him! The cabin guy was great and did some amazing towel animals including a monkey that hung fom the ceiling. Less

Cabin review: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

MA11598
11598 is a mini suite, it was spacious, with a seating area and a balcony. The bathroom included a bath tub. The cabin is on the port side. At times it could be noisy from above it was below the sun deck. We woke several mornings as well to find rubbish on the balcony that must ave come from above. It's in a handy position for lifts and stair cases.
