We booked everything through Disney which made things very simple (cruise, airline, ground transportation and hotel accomadations the night before). Flew in the day before and then staed at the Waterfront Hotel literally across the street from Canada Place where the ships port. We could see the ships pulling in from our hotel room in the morning.
First day was at sea. Fun to explore the ship. This was my husband and my second disney cruise (first was 4 years ago on the Magic to the western carribean). My in-laws first ever cruise. Our 2 year old had a blast running around and exploring the "Mickey Boat."
Second day technically a port day but you don't get off of the ship. Tracy Arm Fjord was beautify and weather was gracious encough that we got right up close to the glacier. Saw many seals and eagles.
Did hear some noise from Parrot Key cleaning early in the evening. Huge trunk for storage. Split bath. Connecting room.
