My overall experience on the Freedom of the Seas is positive, but there were a few glitches along the way.
Embarkation took very long, with quite long lines, due to a computer malfunction. We waited, however, in air conditioning, so it could have been a lot worse.
We finally arrived on the ship and were greeted with a wonderful buffet at the Windjammer Cafe. Next was the muster drill, which was very well-organized. And then we set sail, which is always my favorite part of any cruise! The Jamaican band was playing, people were dancing on stilts, it was very exciting!
