Ship Facts: Enchantment of the Seas Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Enchantment of the Seas Deck Plans
Fun but so short

My husband and I decided to go on this cruise at the end of his conference in Orlando. We decided to rent a car to get to the cruise port. We went with Hertz and dropped the car off at their location near the port. They then dropped us off at the port quickly. We arrived at the cruise ship around 11am and were on the ship in about 10 min. The only thing to do on the ship until the rooms opened up at 1, was to go have lunch. By 11:30 most of the tables in the Wind Jammer were already taken.

Compared to the other Royal Caribbean ships we have been on, this ship was much smaller and less impressive. However, it was clean, and our room was nice. This was the first cruise that we have had a balcony, and I don't think I want to do another cruise without one.

The meals in the main dining room were excellent and the entertainment, especially the magician, was fantastic. We ended up going to Chops Grill one night. It was good ,but not worth the extra $30 a person.

June was such a hot time to go to Bahamas. Not a lot to see in Nassau. However, we did go jet skiing in Coco Cay, which was fun. Make sure you leave early to catch the transfer boat to Coco Cay, if you have an excursion in the morning. The transfers were really busy.

Once we arrived back at port, we chose to walk off with our luggage, so that we would have time to go to Universal Studios before our plane took off. We called Hertz and they came and picked us up at the port.

Overall, the cruise was really short and the boat is not as impressive as the others in the fleet. There were also a lot of kids on the ship. However, you will have a good time if you just want a quick getaway.
